Saint Ivan Rilski has a total area of about 16,000 sq.m. And as its name suggests, consists of a hotel, a spa centre and 4 luxury apartment houses.
The four apartment buildings have a total of 162 apartments of various types. Two of the buildings have 5 floors and the other two have 4 floors. All apartments have terraces that offer breathtaking views of the surroundings and the magnificent peaks of Pirin Mountain.
The luxurious apartment buildings offer their own set of additional services to their residents. On the lower levels, there are:
